Unless otherwise specified, all contests are open to those ages 13 or older. Those under the age of 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian. U. S. Federal Law prohibits us from collecting information from those ages 13 or younger.

Those who have won a prize from ChargeRadio.com within the past 28 days are not eligible to win.

Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to those only in the United States and Canada.

All entries become property of ChargeRadio.com and will not returned. By entering, you agree to allow us to use your name and hometown on our Web site and "Re: Charge" e-mail newsletter; all other information you submit will not be disclosed.

Any evidence of tampering, including but not limited to spoofing e-mail addresses, spoofing IP addresses, denial of service, or unauthorized access of the ChargeRadio.com stream and/or Web site will result in disqualification.

ChargeRadio.com is not responsible for any delayed or incomplete entries caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, mail and postal handling, equipment failure, Internet congestion.
